    Yes. It will be in the spiral bound book you get once you are paid in full. For some tours, e.g. Peru & the Galapagos Islands these tips are included in the price of the tour. I don't know whether it is the same for EVERY tour but generally the "recommended" amount is $8* per person per day for the TD and $4* per person per day for the driver. Drivers may not be with you for the entire tour, e.g. in Classic Italy your driver leaves after you arrive in Florence on day 9 (you travel by rail to Venice).

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
