Wow..was very interesting to read these comments...all from 2021...a year of travel recovery...I would not give up on Tauck...their product is superior in all ways...
I have never left a comment before but our recent experience on the Tauck Grand New England tour that started on October 6, 2022 warrants a comment. We have traveled on five previous Tauck tours and our most recent trip stands out because of the excellent tour director. Our assigned director had to bow out at the beginning of our trip and Janet Richards stepped in. This was remarkable because Janet had just finished the identical tour a day or so before. Even though she had to be a bit weary, her demeanor and guidance never once showed. She exemplified the best of Tauck as a company; she was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She made the tour one of the best we have had in recent memory. Many thanks for making for a memorable trip!
