Re: Another forum glitch?
I noticed the disappearance of My Drafts as well, Alan. Or, per Same, maybe I just it was there...
Re: Dinner in Ephesus.
My memory is that we chose our main dish in advance of the dinner. You can see some pictures of when we were at the dinner at https://www.mikeandjudytravel.com/2024-2Athens-02.htm#EphesusDinner
The dinner and the location/atmosphere was a high point of the trip.

OOps-nvmd Linda Marie...I am going 9/29-bummer. But have a fantastic trip-I too am working on my visa as we speak. I have my yellow card, but is it required as a US citizen?

Kenya and Tanzania- A classic Safari
We just got back from this trip and we checked this forum before our trip so we figure, we return the favor. We had a wonderful trip. August is a great time to visit, not too hot and very few tse tse flies- hardly needed our premethrin spray and lotion but used them anyway. We did all the pre-spray business with all our clothing before packing. For Serengeti, only bring earth tone clothing. Also, if you are sensitive to dust, bring dust masks. None of the hotels provide hair conditioner so bring some if you can't live without them. For meds, Mucinex for cold and Cipro for stomach issues was helpful to some that really needed them. Few people had reaction to Malarin. A light jacket proved very useful. Slip on shoes was a great idea-makes stepping on safari jeep seats very easy. Binoculars were helpful. Everyone in our tour got along and shared pictures. I have an iPhone 15 Pro max and almost didn't need my big camera- except for very far shots. Happy trip everyone. I am attaching some pictures

Re: Michigan's Lakes and Mackinac Island
Kfnknfzk. My negative experiences were with Fairmont in both Canada and Europe. Sigh. As I indicated above, my experiences were mixed and some were just OK.. And yes, I have enjoyed Ritz Carlton both in the US and in Europe (not with Tauck tours). BTW, I have never been on this Michigan boat tour with Tauck, but earlier I was on the Michigan land tour with Tauck and it was wonderful, especially our stop at the Michigan Music House in Traverse; unique and an experience that I have never had anywhere else in the world. I highly recommend it. :-)
Re: Dinner in Ephesus.
The dinner and event are hosted by Windstar/Wind Star so all passengers, including non-Tauck, attend. Menu was limited choice, maybe 3 - 5 mains(?) chicken, beef, fish, vegetarian(?), ordered the previous day or that morning. The round tables are large enough to seat 8 (maybe
