I'm confused. Booked our Grand Alaska trip for this July including a balcony suite. Tauck tells me we will not have the ammentities listed on the Princess website...room service, etc. Princess tells me these WILL be included. Which is correct? Wondering why we would be paying extra for this lovely suite.

    I can not say for certain but if this is the balcony suite at the rear of the ship, the amenities were included in 2007. A family that I met and spent time with on this tour had the suite. They mentioned all the "extras" that they were given. My friend and I only had a regular balcony cabin so I can only relate what I was told. Hopefully someone who had the suite will respond.
