Crown Jewels tour - just back and have a couple of additional points
Won't do a thorough rundown of this trip, as it has been handled in multiple threads to date. I will add just a couple of points:
1. Heat - 3 of our hotels did not have AC (Zermatt, St. Moritz, Grindelwald) - effectively all the "mountain" locations. If you are doing this trip during a particularly warm period, be aware that all hotels have the option for fans in the rooms and you should ask for it. Will lower the apparent night temp by about 5 degrees.
2. Our particular variant of this tour had us in Grindelwald instead of Interlaken for the overnight. When we booked we viewed this as a feature rather than a bug because Grindelwald is stunningly beautiful (we had been there before). In retrospect, we wouldn't have done it - the hotel in Grindelwald was lower than the standard of the other hotels on the tour (broadly outstanding), and the trip logistics were hard to adapt for being in Grindelwald. Plus - during the free afternoon, there was relatively little to do. Grindelwald is pretty sleepy.
3. If you want to do paragliding, be aware that you can do it either in Interlaken or Grindelwald, and you can find reputable firms on line. Shoot for a time slot of 3pm or after to account for the schedule.
4. This forum provided a great recco for dinner in Lausanne if you arrive early - Le Vieux-Lausanne, adjacent to the old city wall. Opens at 7pm. We had a surprisingly outstanding dinner there.
5. Also in Lausanne - recommend the Olympic museum as a very relaxing day-before experience. We added on a cruise on Lake Geneva with CGN (pier close to the Olympic museum).
6. Lots of comments in this forum about the average food of the trip. Not our experience - with only a couple of exceptions, the dinners provided by Tauck were excellent, and on-your-own dinners can also be outstanding if you put minimal effort in in advance to research and get reservations.
7. We added on a day at the end. I will say that this was slightly superfluous, because we had enough time with the tour and its free time to get a decent exposure to Lausanne. However, as part of that time we went up to Mt Pilatus on the "Silver ticket", which combines train/cog/gondola/bus for a round trip experience. If the day is nice, it is a pretty experience (if you are not mountained-out). Walk the Flower Trail at the top.
8. I downloaded the SBB rail app before I left and found this surprisingly useful for using the Swiss Rail system. Very easy to get tickets for trains. We zipped from Lausanne to Geneva for a day prior to the tour start, and it was a piece of cake.
9. Clothing - The pace of the tour was such that laundry was a challenge. We coped by doing a lot of shower laundry and using the heated towel bars. Clothing that is easy wash/wear was a lifesaver.
10. Speaking of pace - I have attached the detailed timings for our trip on a day to day basis as an example. Obviously, this will vary a bit trip to trip (and remember, we stayed in Grindelwald rather than Interlaken for day 7 and 8, which affected the schedule on those days).

Comments
Did the tour end in Lausanne or Lucerne? I did this trip last summer and we started in Lausanne and ended in Lucerne.
We did this tour several years ago with Tauck and really enjoyed the Olympic Museum. We also took the free train to the town next door which is a grape growing area, with gorgeous views and there is a trolly trip you can catch there that goes into the mountains and stops at a wine spot for a break.
