Romantic Capitals: Paris to Prague

Has anyone heard of or received communication regarding Itinerary changes or cancellations for August-September sailings? I'm booked September 22, 2026.

Thanks

We're wondering the same thing. My wife and I are also on the September 22, 2026 sailing.

We are on the September 30 cruise (eastbound). Today using Google AI I searched water levels between the key cities on the water parts of the tour. They all look either normal or within standards for navigation. That is cruise ships are able to sail without interruption. That’s as of this morning Sept 1. Water levels go back up for the rest of the year. I think we won’t experience any interruptions, modifications or outright cancellations.

I would encourage you to check for yourself. I prefer Google AI over Microsoft Copilot as I find fewer mistakes. You could ask questions like “can cruise ships sail from Luxembourg to Frankfort” and see what answers you get.

This from google:The Kaub Gauge is currently sitting at 70 cm.

This is the critical section of the trip being the shallowest.

You can check the current Kaub Gague reading at https://www.riverapp.net/en/station/52c9c080e4b0d37d42a4ef7d.

From Google: The ships Tauck operates along the Rhine-Moselle corridor—including the Inspiration Class (such as the ms Inspire and ms Savor) and the Jewel Class (such as the ms Treasures and ms Esprit)—are custom-designed for these precise water restrictions.

From Google: Gauge at 77 cm: This provides roughly 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) of true depth. Tauck's captains can sail comfortably past Kaub at this level with room to spare under the keel.

Hope this is helpful. I think we are OK.
