Antarctica tour
I just found this on one of the tour companies I have used and wondered whether Tauck will add this to their itineraries

Antarctica is not somewhere we want to go, but I know it’s a big favorite of Tauck guests

British: I wonder what one will see sailing a circumnavigation of Antarctica. Having recently returned from Greenland, there are glaciers and icebergs and then more icebergs and glaciers and wildlife. There was one polar bear but I saw more polar bears in Churchill. That is it. We were not able to dock at any villages or towns. The icebergs were blocking the entrance to the so-called port. I imagine there is less in Antarctica. However, I believe it’s still a must to see because of the absolute raw beauty.
I don't think I would be able to do 60 days of Antarctica. That's just a bit too much of Antarctica for me.
I found this cruise on the Ponant site. Looks like the trip starts at about $160,000 per person - for the 60 night cruise (I had to guess based on other 30 day cruises Ponant does in Antrctica). That $160,000 is probably for the lowest level cabin. Probably over $200,000/person for a medium level cabin.

It looks to me like some of the tour companies are targeting the super rich. I found an A&K "Seven Continents by air" tour. It starts at $225,000 per person. Solo supplement was $22,500. For a couple, that's about a half million dollars for the tour, maybe more depending on options. https://www.abercrombiekent.com/journeys/private-jet-journeys/the-seven-continents-by-private-jet-one-extraordinary-world
