WILL BE LEAVING ON DEC.1ST . WHAT IS THE WEATHER AT THAT TIME. SHOULD I BRING BOOTS AND A DOWN COAT WITH HOOD? LEATHER WALKING SHOES INSTEAD OF SNEAKERS. HOW MUCH WALKING IS THERE.

    This is an area where the climate is temperate and unpredictable. In general, temperatures average between 49 - 25 degrees Fahrenheit during the fall and winter.

    Select a wardrobe that is adaptable and allows for layering; casual comfortable clothing is suggested for all occasions. For the Farewell Dinner, you may enjoy dressing up a bit but nothing more than smart casual is suggested.

    There is a moderate amount of walking on this tour. This cruise may be rigorous because of the amount of walking that is necessary to fully enjoy the itinerary. Travelers should be in good health and must be able to walk reasonable distances over cobblestone streets and uneven ground. Some of the sightseeing can only be accomplished on foot and will occasionally be more than a mile. It is important that you have sturdy, comfortable and worn-in walking shoes.
