Crown Jewel starting July 30, 2017

in Switzerland: Europe's Crown Jewel
There are 3 of us (parents/adult daughter) on this and getting to Montreux on July 29. Would like to take a scenic lake cruise/tour mid-day on the 30th. Any info you may have is appreciated. BTW, we're from Atlanta, GA.

    The hotel is right on the lake and a ten minute walk along the lake towards town center will take you to the boat dock. The lake cruise has a lunch and great scenery. The hotel can set you up or you can just purchase walk-up tickets at the dock. There are several occasions on the Crown Jewel tour where you have free time and can take lunch time lake cruises. The food was not bad either!

    If you are in to parasailing there is a great opportunity in Interlaken on your free afternoon. They can pick you up at the hotel and the return landing area is right in front of your hotel on a green space. This was a very popular activity in Interlaken.

    Thank you for your response. We look forward to the tour and our extra day before and after. The lake cruise option sounds great. Have been parasailing before; there's nothing like acting like a bird on a leash.
