Anyone on the July 5th trip? My second Tauck Tour and looking forward to it, just thinking about making some contact to fellow travelers prior to the trip.
We had taken this Trip Last Year and had a wonderful Time!
I can see two Tips of Advice:
Drink Plenty of Water! Depending on what your Body is Used to, the Elevations will start to bother you!
We come from the North East Coast at Sea Level so anything over about 6 Thousand Feet we were going to feel!
Water is the Answer!
Next Tip:
No matter what you do or where you go off to! Bring Your Camera! Take precautions and do what you have to do to protect your Camera and Gear like on the "Float down the Snake River"!
Its a leisurely trip, not white water but its beautiful!
There is not anywhere on this trip that you have to dress for a Formal Diner! Its All Casual!
I have been hearing that the weather can get warm in the afternoon and the Snow is persistent this year!
If it does Snow, it Melts very Fast!!
