arrival in Venice

Just a quick question. My wife and I are looking forward to our upcoming Venice, Florence, Rome tour which begins Sunday June 24. I decided to arrive a day early on Saturday June 23 to get my bearings and get acclimated to the time change. I was just wondering if I had to inform Tauck of my early arrival or is everything set to find your representative and subsequent transfer to our hotel?

    I am doing my first overseas tour with Tauck next month and I did notify them of my early arrival. They are arranging the limo service to pick me up as they do on the other tours. You will need to tell them you flight information so that they can make the necessary arrangements for your transfer to the hotel.

    My husband, sons and I are will be joining you Sunday. Looking forward to meeting you. Won't be there the day before though but that was a great idea!
