Wildfires in Portugal
I have been wondering about any impact of wildfire on the Duro river. I have not been able to figure out where they are concentrated. We will be on the cruise beginning august 30 in Lisbon.

I have been wondering about any impact of wildfire on the Duro river. I have not been able to figure out where they are concentrated. We will be on the cruise beginning august 30 in Lisbon.

At present, the Douro River Valley is not impacted by the fires. A lot can happen, however, between now and September. The oppressive heat is the real threat at present. Rest assured that Tauck is closely monitoring the situation and will not place their guests in harms way.
