Grand Australia and New Zealand Oct.30, 2023

Met a delightful couple from Sydney on a previous Tauck tour. Making plans to meet them for dinner on our free night the 7th. They told me a lot of restaurants may be closed because of the Melbourne Cup is on that day as well as a lot of businesses. We we went ahead and made dinner reservations at a place nearby. Didn't have any problems but just an FYI. They suggested Aria as it is nice and close to our hotel. See y'all then.
