Looking for 6 more participants for Jewish Tour of Shanghai on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 2-- our free afternoon in Shanghai.
This 4 hour tour is led by Dvir Bar-Gal, an Israeli former journalist who has been giving tours of Jewish Shanghai for over 15 years.
We meet and start at the Peace Hotel (where we will be staying), then go to Hongkou district (known as the Shanghai ghetto) visiting the Ohel Moshe synagogue and refugee museum, a Jewish monument, and a Chinese (formerly Jewish refugee) home, among other highlights.
