Pearl Harbor tour
We are going on the Best of Hawaii trip next month. Looking forward to seeing Pearl Harbor. My question is - is the USS Arizona the only thing we will see there? We're arriving a day early and may want to spend time at the Visitors Center and the Battleship Missouri Memorial, but don't want to do everything twice.

We were on the Tauck trip commencing 24 Feb, and until we got there I had no idea (poor research!) that USS Missouri is now moored at Pearl Harbour.
Having discovered that, we discussed with the Tour Director and about 6 of us decided to miss the Tauck bus back into town that afternoon and spend more time at Pearl Harbour instead. I had a special reason for doing so, in that my uncle was a staff officer to Admiral Bruce Fraser, and was with him on deck in Tokyo Bay 1945 when Fraser signed the Japanese surrender on behalf of the UK. Needless to say, it was an emotional trip for that reason, but also interesting anyhow - it is a mighty ship (with even a cabin for the ship's lawyer - not dure the Royal Navy would let a lawyer on board!). On Missouri, I recommend taking a free escorted tour of the main deck; ours was with a well-informed veteran.
You need at the main Pearl Harbour ticket office to buy an add-on ticket for Missouri and any other sites there you want to see. There are frequent shuttle buses serving the different sites. And then take a local bus or taxi back to the hotel.
