New Visa requirements

I just read something online about a few EU countries like Poland, Romania etc now requesting visa's for Americans traveling into their countries. This all because of our travel bans . A bit worried since I am on the Jewish Heritage trip on May 11th.
Any insight will calm my nerves. Thank you

    There is a three year old dispute between the US and the EU. We have long required visas for citizens of some East European countries while the EU says all members have to be treated equally. The European Parliament recently requested that the European Commission impose a visa requirement on US citizens visiting any EU country. Based on the details in the link below it seems unlikely they will follow through, but you never know when politics are involved.
