Luggage size on Japan train

We are going to Japan and we are wondering what size luggage can we carry on the Japanese train. Same as the airline?

    I have read on website and i got to know that, in Japan you can't carry Luggage which more than 30 KG in size. So, I suggest you to don't carry luggage size more than 30 KG. It may you will face problems.

    Well! it is advised to carry less goods with you while travelling in Japan or anywhere else as it is in your own interest because it is easy to handle. Thanks
