Do we need to plan ahead for extra trips like the MV Flight or do we do it the same day?

    When I did this tour and years later when I did it as a Bridges one, I had booked the Monument Valley tour when I booked the tour. Since it was an extra fee, by booking it before the tour, it was already added into the cost and the TD knew in advance how many people were going so arrangements for the required number of planes to fly everyone there could be made in advance..
