In Milan I did the duomo tour inside and roof walk. Both those are not included. I went early and was 1st to go in. Later in the day there are long lines. The rest of the day I followed Rick Steves walking tour and explored Milan. In Venice I recommend foodie tour with Venice bites. Husband and wife does tour moved to Venice from California. It was fantastic.
