When you look up the tour on the website, you can scroll to the bottom and there is suggested reading. On most tours you can click and it will take you to Longitude Books. (There are a few tours that the link is not active yet) This will give you many non-fiction or travel guides, but I have also found a few fiction books or authors for that area. You can also go straight to Longitude Books which offers travel books for any part of the world. I do not necessarily order through them if I can find the books elsewhere.
You have probably already read the series, but if not, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is set is set in Sweden. Lisbeth Salader, the heroine of the tale, makes for a compelling read.
