We are doing Tanzania/Zanzibar next week and got yellow fever shots. Dr. said we do not need under CDC suggestions but warned us it could be a problem at some airports and we would have to get them there. There is a post of someone whose flight was diverted to Nairobi and had to have the yellow fever shot there. On our trip we fly to Arusha in Tanzania.
