Austrian Airlines? To fly or not to fly?

in Christmas Markets Along the Danube
We are making flight plans for a river cruise that begins in Vienna and the flight from Washington to Vienna would be on Austrian Airlines. If anyone has flown with this airline (we haven't) and has any recommendations or complaints, please let me know. I looked at Trip Advisor reviews and, of course, there are positive and negative comments.

    We flew Austrian a couple of years ago and it was one of the best flight experiences we have ever had. Would definitely fly them again.
