March 8 - Spotlight tour

We will be on the March 8 Spotlight tour which is the last one of the season SO am hoping others who have gone on the trips right before us will post any helpful information.
How was the smog and mosquitos? Any precautions we need to take for these?

Smog, oh yes!!! Our tour director provided us with masks which we wore most of the time. Some wore them all the time. The masks were a must for us as the levels were so high. Air quality is pretty poor, but perhaps will lessen in March.
We had no mosquitoes in December, but check with the provider you use for your vaccinations. They know what seasons are more prevalent for mosquito issues and have the most up to date CDC information to keep you safe.
