Flying to Arusha through Dubai and Staying at the Dubai Taj

There are many ways to fly from the US to the Mt Kilimanjaro airport in Tanzania to start your Tanzania safari. Many fly through Amsterdam. But one could also fly through Dubai. If one does, the well located Dubai Taj is a great choice to stay at for a few days to break up the trip. Emirates airline allows layovers without additional airfare costs. Shown is a huge room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world that we stayed in prior to starting the Tauck Tour. The Dubai Taj has perhaps the finest free buffet breakfast on the planet and is a wonderful hotel.
