No. The Moroccan Dirham is a closed currency that is not exchangeable outside the country. Airports, banks and some hotels in Morocco offer currency exchange services. The current rate of exchange is approximately 9.6 MAD to $1.00 US
There are several banks in the arrivals hall - after you've collected your luggage; don't know if there are exchange desks within the baggage claim area. If you're being met by a Tauck driver, I'm sure time would be allowed to exchange currency, if you ask.
The tour hotel in Rabat has a currency exchange office in the lobby. You shouldn't need any Dirham prior to arrival at the hotel if you are being transferred by Tauck from the airport.

Thank you. Do you know if you need to exchange US $ to dirham before you get bags, etc. at the Rabat airport?
