Airport Transfers to Non-Tauck Hotel
We will be traveling to Paris this week for the Savoring France cruise but are arriving 5 days early and staying at The Peninsula and moving over to the Tauck hotel in time for the tour and cruise. Just received the travel documents and the only reference to the airport transfer is that someone will be waiting outside of customs with a sign. No mention of what to do in case no one is there. No local number to call. I’m a little concerned that with our early arrival and different hotel there’s room for error. I think this is the first cruise of the season. Am I missing anything that should have been included in the documents or should,I just call the US numbers in the event of a mix up? It will be the middle of the night in the US at the time of arrival in France.
