I was in a cooking class with a school called Cooking With Class and there was a 13 y/o who promptly sliced open his hand with a very nicely sharpened knife. It was a major distraction as there were only 8 people in our group and the kid and the mom were stressed out and it took time away from the class to bandage the profusely bleeding wound. I wouldn’t recommend any cooking school unless it’s just for kids.
