I have also eaten at La Santanera in Madrid. Their arroz a banda is a staple in Spanish cooking. We have had it with squid and prawns. I believe you can have the rice with or without saffron. Delicious, but an entree that definitely needs to be shared.

If looking for a good light meal, snack, or drinks, you might try La Santanera, on Plaza de Santa Ana. It’s a fifteen minute walk from the hotel.
