Bangkok bike ride and dinner Nov. 21

We are on the VCT trip leaving Nov. 5 and are staying an extra day in Bangkok. We are going to schedule a 3 hour bike tour through town that last day as recommended in the New York Times 36 hours in Bangkok - in case any one else on that trip wants to join us.
Also looking for an excursion/activity on the very last day before our late evening flight. Any ideas?
We made a reservation for a 12 course tasting menu at Lanyai Nusara as recommended in the NYT for the 21st if anyone else is interested, I can provide a link. It's a tiny little restaurant owned by a Michelin Star chef.
