Will we receive our transfers from Tauck prior to our departure for our trip next July from the airport to the hotel? Will gratuity be included?

    Yes, Tauck will partner with a service to transport you from the airport to the hotel and then back to the airport at the end of the tour. I presume you are staying at the Tauck designated hotel. Details will be provided in your final paperwork and/or in a text message shortly before your tour begins. Be sure to retain the car service's phone number in case you need to contact them. Yes, the gratuity is included. We sometimes give an extra gratuity if the driver has been exceptional, but that is solely your choice.

    Clarification - Before the tour ends, your tour director will give you written instructions for the transport from the hotel to the airport based on flight information you provide. To some extent, you will be able to adjust the pick-up time. For example, we like to arrive at the airport early enough to be able to relax in the lounge before our flight. We always remind the front desk of the pick-up time so our luggage is pulled from our room in a timely manner. I hope this information helps.
