Tanzania Grand Safari

On the Tanzania Grand Safari Trip will I ever need shorts or short sleeve shirts or is it always advisable to wear long sleeves and long pants in Late June/early July? We are trying to pack only what we will use :-) Is it necessary to have anything other than American money and credit cards? Would love to hear from anyone who has been on this trip or is going on this trip!

- My wife and I went on this trip in January of '09. I wore long pants and both long and short sleeve shirts, but the insect repellant was a must have! Good luck -
