Food on Great Migration

I was wondering about the food on the Great Migration since it is mobile camps….Is there much fruit or vegetables? If so I assume they are safe to eat? Washed with bottled water? Just not sure how they are able to manage it in the mobile camps…any insights would be appreicated…

Mobile camps implies minimalist accommodations....Prepare to be amazed. You will have king-sized beds, carpeted floors over dirt, electricity, and ceiling fans. The dining "tents" will have a full service bar, electric lights and china and crystal food serice. The lodgings and dining tents are portable in so far as they are moved between campsites so they can follow the animals.
