Cooking Classes in China

Hi: we're booked on the China trip starting the first week of June. Does anyone know of a reputable cooking class (demo or hands-on) - 1/2 day preferred - in Hong Kong or Beijing?

Also...if you will be on that trip, please let us know; we'd love to hear from you in advance!
