Was considering booking one of the Classic Italy tours in 2025, but it is Jubilee in Rome all year. Thoughts of going or postponing til 2026. Don't want our experience affected by the crowds.
Although not Catholic, I would most definitely take the trip for the cultural and educational aspects of the Jubilee. It has been a long time since in Rome, but it was always a chaotic city the few times I was there. I would call Tauck and ask what sites might be impacted (i.e., private visit to the Sistine Chapel). They should be able to advise if they plan to alter their regular itinerary. Good luck with your decision.

We just returned from Italy and our TourGuide in Rome for 2 days said they are expecting insane crowds. Personally, I'd wait till 2026.
