spirit of the desert: general info requested from those who've recently returned
I am booked on this trip for next May. For those of you who've just come back, I have a few questions. Were there a lot of bugs in the national parks for the first week of June? What were some of the recommended activities during your own time (5 days without television)? Was it extremely hot sleeping at night without air conditioning? Lastly, how were all the hotels? Were some better than most? Any news shared would be most appreciated. Thank you all!
