Cape Town penguins

When the tour is in Cape Town will we stop and see the penguins at boulder beach? If not, what would be the best way to get there from the hotel the tour is staying?

    We took this tour Oct. 2011 and the penguins were part of a day trip along the coast to the Cape of Good Hope.
