Cruising the Baltic

I was wondering if anyone who has taken this cruise could tell me if the waters of the Baltic are rough? I have done the small ship around Iceland which was in the Atlantic and cruised the Inland Passage in Alaska, but I am not sure how the Baltic compares to those.
