Nothing to worry about! Your luggage travels by bus as you fly across the National Parks. As I recall, you could take a small bag … handbag & camera, of course, with you on the light plane.
I'd just like to second what Jan said above. Your luggage is indeed bused over when you take one of the on-tour flights, and for the flights, we ask that you limit your hand luggage to one carry-on per person, which should generally not exceed the size of a small backpack.

Not generally, no. You might want to bring some dressy clothes for the last night in Las Vegas, but otherwise, this trip is quite casual.
