Jacket/tie

Just starting to think about packing. We've done several trips with Tauck but have rarely used the jacket and tie. Wondering if this trip really needs one - the literature says it's up to you but they all say that and in Europe it was used.

I took this tour in Oct 2013. No more that half of the men wore jackets and fewer had ties. I wore dockers with a nice sweater and shirt and had a great time.

Hi Global Girl,

This trip is not a terribly formal one, and there are a few nights that men might want a jacket and tie, but it is not required or expected at any events on the tour.
