Anyone on July 11 departure from Basel to Amsterdam

My husband and I are traveling with another couple, this is our second Tauck trip. I have read reviews of the boat and it sounds wonderful. The itinerary sounds wonderful, some say there is a lot on coaches and 8:30 and 9AM departures, but it all sounds great…

Anyone who has already been and wants to share comments, please do.

BTW -- I see a lot on the community about attire: our experience is very casual during day, shorts/jeans. Evening is nicer, but I did not see many men in sport coats, and no ties. Ladies in dress pants or dresses. I July can get a tad warm as well.
