where to clear customs

we are traveling to Naples, Italy, through Charles DeGaulle Airport. Do we clear customs there or in Italy?

    My guess is that you would clear customs in Paris, since your second flight is within the European Union. To be sure, check with your airline. They should be able to tell you.
