Can anyone tell me roughly what time we will get back to Guayaquil, on day 14, after departing Isabela II ?

You should be checking in at the Hilton Colón on Day 14 at 3:15 PM local time. After that, you'll have until 6:30 PM at leisure, at which time the farewell cocktail party and dinner start.
