We're traveling on the January 26th tour from the Washingon DC area; headed out on the 23rd. Anyone else from this area traveling? Was pleased to read about the self service laundry facilities in New Zealand and would appreciate any other helpful tidbits.

    We are on the tour before just before yours (Jan 22). If you call Tauck they will tell you which hotels offer self service laundry facilities. Also if you are into tennis, The Australian Open is being played during you time in Melbourne.

    We are going on this tour also. We leave from LA on Jan 21st. We plan to go to the Australian open on Saturday and sunday before the tour starts. Can't wait!
