Have you checked the information Tauck provides? If you look at the Before you Go tab on the page for your trip, here on the Tauck site, that information is all set out. While that might be more generic advice, if you go to the web sites for the airlines you will be using, they always give the details for checked and carry on luggage ... including the security issues and any restrictions. You need to take into account any difference between your class of travel. Naturally, economy class fares are more restrictive than other classes.

You might also be relieved to know that domestic carriers within each country, i.e. Australia and New Zealand, do not follow US regulations as regards restrictions on the volume of liquids in carry on luggage. Flights between the two countries of Australia & New Zealand follow the International rules. All these details are listed on the individual airlines' web sites.

As always, you should check this information for yourself and recheck close to your travel dates as these things are always subject to change.

Donna- if you are talking about what Tauck allows....62 inches for the luggage (height, length and depth)
(The final documents say 54"- but that is an error)
