July 5th tour

Has anyone in this tour group visited Italy before? Thoughts on visiting Murano and/or Burano before the tour starts?

We are also on July 5 trip . Enjoyed touring Venice during Dalmatian coast trip. Burano with lace and colorful homes with matching boats is charming. Also did murano and fun to walk around the area. Probably will take 1/2 day to do both. We had casual lunch in Burano which was nice. Recommend seeing the frari church in venice( not on our tour) for Titian painting and other famous artists. We used the vaporetto and so easy to get on and off to sightsee.
