why bristol hotel is so famous in Paris

I was planning a trip Paris and finding hotels to stay but i came across Bristol Hotel which is the one of the best and finest hotel in Paris. This trip is sponsored by my grandfather so i will not too much think about money.

Apart from it which streets are best for food and which places are best to visit, let me know.I want to see each corner of Paris.
