Suggested Tip Amount for Tauck Group Tour leader

I have organized a small group tour (24 travelers) starting Sept. 17th in Beijing. . .appears that all gratuities are included except for the tour director. .. .any suggestions what is appropriate to figure so I can be prepared with proper amount of cash at the end. Suggestion of a per person, per day number would be most helpful. Thanks in advance! Aloha.
