What to do in Bad Wörishofen?

We were considering staying an extra night at the end of the tour in Bad Wörishofen. Can anyone recommend things to see or do around this town besides spa-related activities? Is there shopping and decent restaurants in town? How far are the mountains from town? Thank you!
