Sun Yat Sen Garden is worth the $$$. Tour is very informative.
Aviary tour at the Fairmont Hotel is very interesting.
The Walk along seacoast wall at Stanley Park is great. It is about 1.5 mile walk from hotel. Can walk partway around the island and then hop on a shuttle bus to take you the rest of the way. HOWEVER that shuttle does not run right next to the walk. So plan ahead, so you get off the seacoast walk at the right point!
