Jet-legged

I just got home from two weeks of travelling, which had me going through different times zones. I ended up staying in a place with a 6 hour time difference. As you would anticipate, this is now causing me to be quite jet-lagged. So even though my body grew accustomed to eating and sleeping at different times, I now have to readjust. Can someone please let me know how to best do that? These infographics have been very helpful, but I would really appreciate some tips from personal experience. Would you mind sharing your story?
